Preferencje i zachowania turystów krajowych na rynku gastronomicznym na przykładzie Wrocławia
Abstract
Gastronomy plays an increasingly important role in creating the tourist attractiveness of modern cities. Catering enterprises face the challenge of meeting tourists' expectations, who often perceive the tourist attractiveness of the city through the prism of foodservice. The aim of the study was to analyze food preferences of domestic tourists and to evaluate the gastronomic base in Wrocław in the context of meeting tourists' expectations. Two hundred and ten respondents who visited Wrocław and used catering services in this city participated in the survey. The study shows that when choosing a place to eat, tourists pay attention to the taste (quality) of meals, affordable prices, and service speed. As a result of the research's conducted analysis and evaluation, it was found that the gastronomic base in the city center had a large potential, allowing it to meet domestic tourists' expectations.(original abstract)Downloads
