New Reports on the Health-promoting Properties of Apple Cider Vinegar

The article discusses the latest scientific reports on the properties and benefits of usingof apple cider vinegar in the treatment of somatic and civilization disorders. Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is a special type of vinegar that is produced by fermenting an aqueous extract derived from crushed apples. Due to its acetic acid content, apple cider vinegar has often been used by people for food preparation and food preservation. Due to its bactericidal effect, apple cider vinegar was also used to effectively remove pathogenic microorganisms. It has been observed however, that consumption of apple cider vinegar can provide the body with direct health benefits and assist in the treatment of certain diseases. Research suggest that consuming apple cider vinegar helps control body weight, normalize blood sugar levels and reduce inflammation in the body. Meanwhile, apple cider vinegar applied directly to the skin helps clear up bacterial and yeast infections. However, the range of health benefits and mechanism of action of the bioactive substances contained in apple cider vinegar are not fully studied. There is still intensive research on the effects of apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar, which are being conducted on animal models and on isolated cell cultures.
