Czynniki kształtujące jakość wina
Abstract
Choosing the right location is an important factor when establishing a new vineyard. In the temperate climate zone, in which Poland is also located, it is of key importance for the success of viticulture. A badly chosen place ̶ windy, prone to frost or inadequate soil, can have adverse effects on the quality of the wine and the profitability of production. When establishing a new vineyard, the greatest attention should be placed on factors such as: the temperature in the region and the type of soil and the location . In Poland, only a few per cent of the land area meets the conditions for establishing vineyards. The study aimed to discuss the main external factors, i.e. other than the choice of the wine grape quality and the fruiting yield of the grapevine. The focus is on two main groups of factors, i.e. climatic conditions and storage. The publication explains what should be paid attention to when choosing a place for a vineyard and how to prepare a place for storing wine so that it does not negatively change its taste.(original abstract)Downloads
