Przekąski nie tylko dla turystów. Praca przeglądowa
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present healthy snacks that can be consumed both in everyday life and while travelling. The view on snacks is multi-faceted - from ready-made to homemade, from those eaten at home to those enjoyed on domestic or foreign holidays. A review of the available literature, including online resources, indicates that the consumer has many snacks to choose from. Among them, plant-based snacks dominate, which due to the availability of raw materials on the market, everyone can prepare on their own. Learning simple recipes for preparing various snacks can encourage you to prepare them yourself, thus reducing the consumption of fast and processed food. Getting children, teenagers, students, and adults interested in the fact that there is a healthy, tasty alternative will be a step in the right direction towards improving public health. Another aspect of this matter is to draw attention to making conscious choices of prepared snacks offered by food manufacturers based on information provided on labels and looking at the offer of catering services in this respect. It is also important that nutrition based on healthy snacks and more widely on healthy food will allow us to manage it more rationally.(original abstract)Downloads
