Abstract
The aim of the study is to present the meat snacks market in Poland on the example of one of the leading producers of meat products. The interest in meat snacks as a healthy alternative to standard snacks is increasing, but this segment is not well known to consumers yet. The offer of meat snack products is constantly expanding with new proposals in response to consumer tastes and needs. The article presents the benefits of meat snacks in terms of nutritional and health values compared to snacks most often consumed.(original abstract)Downloads
