2026 Call for Papers

Nauki Inżynierskie i Technologie. Journal of Food and Engineering Sciences has an ongoing call for papers. Please refer to our guidelines before submitting your paper. We accept submissions on food technology, nutrition, food processing, biotechnology, and food safety.

Papers submitted by the end of December 2026 will get published (upon acceptance after the reviews) as part of Vol. 42 of the journal. Your accepted paper will be made available immediately on this website in Open Access, once it is out of editing and production.
