Editorial Team Update

We would like to announce, that starting this year, Remigiusz Olędzki, PhD., will become the new Editor In-Chief of "Nauki Inżynierskie i Technologie". He has been publishing with us as an author for many years and now his expertise will support new authors in their journey of publishing their research in our journal. We have also made a decision to change the official name of our journal to "Nauki Inżynierskie i Technologie. Journal of Food and Engineering Sciences". We believe that this change will help new authors and readers discover NiiT and give them a better understanding of its scope.
