Działania stabilizacyjne w gospodarce polskiej w okresie pandemii COVID-19
Abstract
The COVID-19 outbreak began in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, and then the SARS- -CoV-2 virus spread around the world. The multidimensional consequences of the pandemic, especially visible in the economic sphere, resulted in a decline in economic activity. The stabilization measures taken in our country should be generally consistent with the impact of changes in the economic situation generated by factors resulting from the economic system. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary tools in stabilizing the macroeconomic situation in Poland during the pandemic. The first part of the article presents the goals and instruments of the stabilization policy. Then the so-called anti-crisis shields are presented as well as an attempt to measure their effectiveness in terms of macroeconomic stabilization of the Polish economy. The most important conclusions are formulated in the final part.(original abstract)Downloads
