Metody pomiaru kapitału ludzkiego w jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to indicate methods for the valuation of human capital that can be applied in local government units, maintaining the specificity of their financing and managing. The first part of the article will discuss the methods of measuring human capital in general and the legitimacy of using these methods. In the second part, attention will be directed to the management aspects that affect the specificity of management of local government units. The third part will be the justification for the application of specific methods for the valuation of human capital in LGU. The main question which the article attempts to answer is whether the methods of evaluation of human capital should be used in local government units.(original abstract)Downloads
