Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present the results of literature and empirical research in the performance measurement field in international outsourcing centers of financial and accounting processes. In the first part of this paper, on the basis of literature review, key performers indicators, rules of using them and the specifics of the financial and accounting centers (BPO) are characterized. In the next part, presented results of empirical research permitted to identify the scope of using key performers indicators in internal units of two finance an accounting outsourcing centers operating in Poland.(original abstract)Downloads
