Method of Measuring Trust in Technology

The aim of the article is to develop a method of measuring trust in technology. The target method uses the Thurston method to assign weights to the decision criteria and the TOPSIS method modified by the author. The developed method was used to examine the level of trust in technology (ERP class software) among employees of a large e-commerce company in Poznań. The article consists of five chapters. The first of them presents an introduction to the issues discussed in the article. The second chapter is a review of the literature on trust in technology. The third chapter presents both the methods used and the results of own research. The article ends with synthetic conclusions with an indication of further research fields.
