Implementacja lean management w organizacji w aspekcie prakseologicznej oceny sprawności działania

Abstract

The aim of the article is to formulate an answer to the question whether the praxeological assessment of operational efficiency may constitute a utilitarian assessment of the effects of improvement actions as part of the implementation of the lean management approach. The author conducted a review of the source literature in the area of the lean management approach, focusing on the methods of identification and evaluation of waste occurring in the processes constituting an assessment for the improvement activities undertaken. The above recommendations of measures were juxtaposed with the praxeological assessment of operational efficiency. As a result, a recommendation was obtained for the legitimacy of using the evaluation of actions implementing lean management in processes with the use of the praxeological method of evaluating the efficiency of the process, both in the ex ante and ex post approach.(original abstract)
