Abstrakt

Cel: Celem artykułu jest prezentacja jakościowych badań opisowych przeprowadzonych dotychczas eksperymentów i pilotaży związanych z implementacją bezwarunkowego dochodu podstawowego (BDP), konceptu ekonomicznego proponującego przyznanie wszystkim obywatelom stałych, niezależnych od warunków finansowych świadczeń pieniężnych.

Metodyka: Artykuł skupia się na dwóch kluczowych pytaniach badawczych: Jakie wyniki przyniosły dotychczasowe pilotaże tych programów? Jakie czynniki determinują ich sukces bądź niepowodzenie?

Wyniki: Artykuł jest podsumowaniem dotychczasowych badań, a jego wyniki stanowią bazę do dalszych rozważań politycznych oraz kierunków rozwoju.

Implikacje i rekomendacje: Z uwagi na zmiany zachodzące w systemach zabezpieczenia społecznego konieczne są kolejne badania i testowanie różnych modeli BDP, tak aby znaleźć rozwiązanie najbardziej efektywne i zrównoważone.

Oryginalność/wartość: Praca syntetyzuje istotne dane empiryczne, które umożliwiają ocenę skuteczności BDP w różnorodnych warunkach społecznych i ekonomicznych. Prezentuje ona zupełnie nowe wyniki, a dzięki nim możemy poszerzać wiedzę w zakresie polityki społecznej.
