Changes in Internal Communication in Organizations in the Post-Pandemic Era

The purpose of this article is to identify the specificity of the quality of internal communication in the inter-organizational context, especially about the use of available messengers and their reception by employees, taking into account such elements as location, gender, or generational profile. In the course of the research, a Google form survey questionnaire was used, the research was conducted among 816 employees, the snowball method was used, and non-random selection of the sample consisting in recruiting participants by other participants. The results of the research suggest that internal communication, quality, form, and the use of methods adapted to age and generation can affect the creation of trust, productivity, or motivation of employees in managing the organization. The original empirical value of the article is the results of research on the assessment of employees on the quality of internal communication in organizations in the management process before and after the COVID-19 pandemic and the opinions of employees on the rapid implementation of new communication solutions in the conditions of change.
