Work experience:
Since 2005 – member of research and teaching staff UEW
Since 2022 – Manager of Social Impact UEW

Research interests:
Since 2001, involved in research on corporate social responsibility, which in 2005 led to attaining a PhD degree on the subject of CSR, the first in Poland. Managed and realised numerous projects on this subject, in cooperation with institutions such as UNDP, UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research), in collaboration with CIFAL, IFOA (Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali), DFOP (Lower Silesian Federation of Non-Governmental Organisations), PKN (Polish Committee for Standardization), NCN (National Science Centre), and with selected companies. The latter involves consultancy in the field of CSR maturity, non-financial reporting, and social impact.

Post-graduate two-semester diploma course: Advanced MS Excel in Controlling, 2016, at Wrocław University of Economics.

Memberships of professional societies and awards received:
Member of Technical Committee on CSR in PKN, member of EBEN (European Business Ethics Network), member of PTPS (Polish Society for Social Policy), and Head of the Revisional Commission at the Lower Silesia branch of PTPS.
Received the “People Who Change Business” award for achievements under the honorary patronage of the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, granted by the CSR Forum.
